In my experience different things work for different people and it's important to know your options.
Here's what's working for some other people who have Rheumatic conditions.
Also wanted to mention that if you live near one of our clinics in Parramatta or Chatswood, we have live classes that are attended by people with Rheumatic Conditions. And if you don't, we have some virtual offerings like online guided sessions as well as live workshops related to helping staying well. Get free access here.
